Raise Sheet reaches the people around a private real estate raise at the moment it happens: the sponsors and GPs who are raising, the LPs who vet them, and the lenders, fund administrators, securities counsel, insurance brokers, 1031 intermediaries, and investor-portal vendors for whom a fresh filing is a lead with a timestamp.

The slot

One sponsor per issue, at the top of the sheet, in the email and on the web page that stays indexed for good. The slot is a name, one sentence, and a link, set in the same type as the sheet. No banners. A sponsor never appears in the tables or the read, and has no say in either.
